Free Crochet Pattern: Witch Hat for Cats and Small Dogs

Hello, It's Amelia here with another crochet cat hat pattern! This time we have created a witch hat pattern for the spooky season. This simple, straightforward design will make the perfect Halloween costume for your pet!

You can use any yarn you want to customize this hat for YOUR cat! But, keep in mind that the size of the yarn will affect the final product's size. This will fit most cats and some small dogs. You can always adjust the size of the ear holes to make the hat fit any pet.

Materials:

  • Two Different Colors of Yarn (Any Color) Light or Medium Weight

  • Corresponding Crochet Hook

Hello! Love the wobbly look of the hat, but the pattern confuses me... If we have four DCs at the end of step one, and only two increases in step two, how can we end step two with seven stitches? Thanks for your help :)
